Legal & Privacy

Operational compliance, data policies, and platform disclaimers.

1. Zero-Storage Privacy Policy

TraceBack Systems operates on a strict zero-storage architecture. When utilizing the National Emergency Portal's geolocation features, your coordinates are processed strictly client-side or transmitted securely to verified open-source mapping nodes (Nominatim/OpenStreetMap). Your exact GPS coordinates are never stored, logged, or cached on our backend servers.

2. Source Verification & Liability

The live situational awareness feed aggregates data from global networks including the UN ReliefWeb, the US Geological Survey (USGS), and national news syndicates. While TraceBack Systems employs automated threat intelligence parsing to ensure chronological accuracy, we are not the primary authors of these alerts.

In life-threatening situations, always defer to immediate instructions from local authorities (Police, NDMA, PDMA) and physical emergency responders. We are not liable for network delays or inaccuracies in third-party data streams.

3. Usage Terms

This platform is an open-access public utility designed for crisis coordination and situational awareness. Any attempt to scrape, DDoS, or maliciously overload our backend intelligence aggregators will result in an immediate network-level ban.
